At Aloft I paid for two nights yet only stayed for one night. I informed Aloft before expiration of Booking promise. I also called Booking.com yet did not receive a refund from Aloft or Booking.com which was unprofessional and disappointing. Where is my refund?

This hotel is very nicely decorated, smells great, and is very clean. The rooms are big and have a cool, colorful decor. The bathrooms are very nice.

Aloft was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be staying there again!
